View Payment Reports

Payment report provides a detailed breakdown of the seller’s store activity for a specified settlement period.  Payment Reports includes the following:

Available platform: Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca

Summary

Summary of earnings, refunds, and fees of the specified settlement period by default Newegg system will show the most recent.

How-To:

  1. Seller portal > Business Report > Payment Report > Summary tab
  2. The amount’s in USD, summary by Refunds to Newegg Fee of the specified settlement period.
  3. Click VIEW TRANSACTIONS to get full details of all transactions of the specified settlement period.
  4. Click GO TO SETTLEMENTS to see a summary of another settlement period.

Transaction Details

Full details of all transactions of the specified settlement period.

How-To:

  1. Seller portal > Business Report > Payment Report > Transaction Detail tab
  2. By default, Newegg system will show the most recent settlement period.  [Optional] Click ADVANCED SEARCH to narrow down the search.  Click SEARCH to view
  3. [Optional] When the transactions have been listed to export it to MS Excel file, click the icon: exportall.jpg

Storage Detail

Storage fees that Newegg will charge the seller for storage of inventory in Newegg warehouse.  Only applicable to seller’s using Ship by Newegg (SBN) services.

How-To:

  1. Seller Portal > Business Report > Payment Reports > Storage Detail tab
  2. By default, Newegg system will list by all settlement dates, adjust the date accordingly to Narrow down the search.  Click SEARCH to view the list.
  3. Total fees of the storage unit.

Settlement

Search for different settlements.

How-To:

  1. Seller Portal > Business Report > Payment Reports > Settlements tab
  2. Click SEARCH to view all settlements.  [Optional] Input from and to date range to search for settlements in a specified period.
    • To view the summary of the specified settlement click VIEW.  In addition, click VIEW TRANSACTIONS to view the full details of the settlement.
  3. [Optional] When settlements have been listed to export it to MS Excel file, click the icon: exportall.jpg
