Schedule Store Account Vacation Mode

The purpose of this function is to temporarily make a Newegg account store invisible from Newegg’s website(s) for a period of time. Meaning the store account and items will be offline.

  • Vacation mode will not process if there are any ongoing product promotions. Contact category manager or Newegg Integration team to help close promotion(s).
  • Account status should be clear of unprocessed orders, open Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), or unanswered customer/system messages to avoid lowering seller performance rating.
  • Vacation mode days set: Minimum 3 days, Maximum 30 days.
  • Price, inventory, and content updates will be available during scheduled vacation.
  • Newegg system will enable auto-reply during vacation mode for customer messaging.

Available platforms: Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca

How-To:

  1. Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner) then select Vacation Settings then click SETUP VACATION MODE.
  2. Schedule your vacation:
    • Select start date
    • Select the end date
    • Click SUBMIT 
  3. Confirmation vacation mode. If there are any pending Orders, RMAs, and Messages click See the details to resolve pending notices. Failure to resolve will result in lowering the score for seller performance.
