Sellers on Newegg.com can specify an address for inventory returns from several possible options. Here’s how to do it:

• Return inventory Shipped by Newegg (SBN)

• The customer mistakenly returned items to Newegg

How-To:

1. Access the Seller Portal on Newegg.com.
2. Hover your mouse pointer over your user name (located in the upper right corner).
3. Select “Shipping Settings.”
4. Click “NEXT” until you reach the “Inventory Return Address” section.

Setting Inventory Return Address:

• Select “Newegg Fulfillment Center” from the available options.
• Enter the contact information and address where returns should be sent to the Newegg Fulfillment Center.

5. Click “NEXT” to move forward through each section.

6. At the “Shipping Rate” section, click “SAVE” to update your Shipping Settings.
