Sellers can define their return service information (return address and contact person, return service phone number, allowable return period, and restocking fee) for enabled countries. Sellers can also input their return policy details, which will be displayed on the seller store page on the website.
For sellers using Shipped by Newegg (SBN) services, Newegg will help process customer returns. Newegg will direct all customer returns to our return center located in the USA or CAN. To learn more about the benefits of the SBN service, please review the SBN FAQ.

How-To:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner) then select Account Settings > Return Policy and Info.
- Set Return Options:
- Return Request, for Shipped by Seller (SBS) warehouse, sellers may choose to receive customer’s return requests via Newegg, which will populate a return request in the Seller Portal. This is a free service.
- Yes: Customers will be able to apply return requests for seller’s items on B2B/CAN instead of contacting the seller’s customer service.
- No: Customers will contact the seller’s customer service for return requests of items.
- My Return Address: Returns will be shipped back to a local warehouse at the seller’s return address.
- Newegg Return Service: Newegg provides value-added service for all seller’s return requests. Review Newegg Return Service to learn more about this service.
- Return Request, for Shipped by Seller (SBS) warehouse, sellers may choose to receive customer’s return requests via Newegg, which will populate a return request in the Seller Portal. This is a free service.
- Set Inventory Return Address:
- Set the address that Newegg would return inventory to, the inventory may come from Shipped by Newegg, Newegg Return Service, or customers accidentally returning to Newegg instead of the seller’s warehouse.
- Click Change Address then click OK update.
- Set Customer Service Info and Return Policy:
- Set Customer Service Phone#, Customer Service Email, Default Refund Period, Default Replacement Period, and Default Restocking Fee.
- Enter your specific Return Policy.
- [Optional] APPLY NEWEGG PREDEFINED RETURN POLICY for default policy.
- [Optional] Click the link to view/update the Srefund and replacement period for a specific subcategory.
