Newegg expects sellers to process Unshipped Order(s) on time within 48 hours, to provide a good customer shopping experience and maintain a high overall performance. We have extended the auto-cancel schedule for any open orders that are not shipped to a maximum of 14 days from the order date, provided that our system can obtain a successful credit card reauthorization on the 7th calendar day. If a credit card reauthorization fails, the system will automatically cancel the order on the 7th day.
In the event that an Unshipped order can’t be fulfilled, sellers may cancel the order or if the Newegg customer requests to have it canceled. Once an order has been canceled, Newegg will send an order cancellation notice to the customer’s email address.
