Export Orders Function Available

The Export Orders function has returned to Seller Portal 3.0. Sellers may use this feature to export information from the Newegg Marketplace system. This function allows sellers to generate spreadsheets quickly and efficiently organize order data.

Sponsored Ads –  Automated Offsite Ads

Introducing Automated Offsite Ads, risk-free and no upfront cost advertising. This allows sellers to opt-in to SPA campaigns off Newegg without a pay-per-click model. There’s no need for you to pick items as Newegg will automatically select products with the highest potential for conversion.

Issue Refund and Replacement Order

New enhancements to the RMA process allow sellers to convert a replacement RMA to a refund RMA within the system. Sellers may utilize this new option for all eligible RMAs. When converting to a full refund RMA, the system will follow established logic for assigning Restocking Fees and Shipping Charge fees.

UPC Enforcement

New UPC enforcement is in effect for top selected subcategories. This measure aims to increase the accuracy of product listings and ensure customers find the exact products they are searching for. Avoid mis-categorization, ensure product listing precision, and drive customer traffic to your listings through proper UPC enforcement.

Business Report Dashboard on Seller App

An update launched for the Newegg Seller App includes new features to assist sellers with account management. This upgrade provides sellers with key account metrics at a glance. Use this dashboard to view account performance and top item performance quickly, and compare items via different metrics to strategize best practices for your seller account.

New Dashboard Look

With the continued migration to Seller Portal 3.0, we will soon implement a change to the Seller Dashboard to assist with optimizing the user experience. Changes include options for sellers to customize their dashboard functionality to accommodate their brand needs and other enhancements to improve functionality.

Newegg Attribution

Introducing Newegg Attribution, a tool to generate trackable links that sellers can then use to advertise on other channels such as social media, email, or landing pages. Sellers can then view the customers’ behaviors and collect traffic data for further analysis.

SKU Deactivation – Unsold SKUs

We will be implementing a one-time clean-up of unsold SKUs of 180 days or more to help with our system maintenance. For future updates on SKU deactivation, please be on the lookout for future operational updates.

Seller Portal Scheduled Maintenance

On September 2, 2022, all Newegg platforms, including the Newegg Marketplace system, will undergo a brief optimization maintenance cycle. These systems will be down for approximately 3.5 hours, starting at 7:00 PM PST and ending at 11:30 PM PST. Please plan for this pending outage accordingly.
