Sellers can now create Newegg Shipping Labels for multiple orders without having to create them for each individual order. To learn how to batch create multiple shipping labels, please visit the link here.

• Seller will be the Retailer of Record
Seller shall be the selling party in the sales transaction. Newegg will continue to reach out to request for your company’s ownership information. This is part of our due diligence process and regular monitoring of seller accounts.

Coming Soon – More Information to Come

• Changes to Item Listing Limit – Effective December 1
To provide customers a better shopping experience by increasing exposure to performing SKUs, we will be changing the item listing limit for NEW sellers. Existing sellers will not be affected unless changes to their membership status are made including downgrading, upgrading, or canceling their Elite membership. The new item listing limits are:

o Non-Elite – 500 listings
o Professional Elite – 5,000 listings
o Enterprise Elite – 10,000 listings

• RMA Process Made Easier
We will streamline the RMA process to make it easier for sellers to provide the highest level of service to our customers. ‘Guaranteed claims’ will be removed. Instead, new return reasons such as ‘Item not received’ and ‘Damaged item’ will be added, and sellers will be allowed to issue refund to customers regardless if they are using Newegg Return Services or not.

Returns that are not processed on time will be escalated to Newegg and will be processed on behalf of the seller. Guidelines and notifications will be clearly established so sellers are well-informed on what must be done on every step of the RMA process.

• Active Product Listings with No Sales
We will be deactivating SKUs that have no sales within 90 days. To provide customers with a superior shopping experience, we recommend that you start increasing exposure for performing SKUs.

• UPC Enforcement Will be in Effect
In an effort to provide the best shopping experience for our mutual customers, Newegg will be enforcing UPC requirements (verified through GS1) for select subcategories. Beginning in 2022, Marketplace Sellers will be required to provide accurate UPCs for items created under determined subcategories. UPC requirements may vary across subcategories so please stay tuned for updates on this improvement.
