IMPORTANT IMPROVEMENTS

SBN Inventory Transfer Notice

SBN and Automated Multi-Channel Order sellers will now receive notifications for any inventory transfers occurring within the Newegg warehouse network. This change allows sellers to better plan for promotions and manage inventory through up-to-date reporting of current inventories within the Newegg warehouse network.

RMA Revamp Logic for Items Not Received

We have implemented changes to the RMA logic for INR RMAs to expedite the RMA process further. These back-end improvements to the system workflow will reduce internal processing time for RMAs.

In addition, UI changes to the RMA detail page in the Seller Portal include the following:

  • An appeal flag quick filter provides a convenient drop-down menu for selecting the appeal type.
  • Appeal flag addition to RMA list.
  • Inclusion of function descriptions for Appeal & Reject selections.
  • Adding detail of Appeal reason on the RMA page

This optimization is now available on Newegg.com and Newegg.ca.

Item Creation restrictions will occur on the following dates:

  • November 21-29, 2022
  • December 4-16, 2022

New Dashboard for Seller Portal

January 2023 will bring an updated seller dashboard for the New Year. Changes include options for sellers to customize their dashboard functionality to accommodate their brand needs and other enhancements to improve functionality. More details to follow in the December operational update.

SKU Deactivation – Unsold SKUs

We will be implementing a one-time clean-up of unsold SKUs of 180 days or more to help with our system maintenance. For further updates on SKU deactivation, please be on the lookout for future operational updates.
