• Pricing Safeguard to Prevent / Minimize Price Errors
Please start using our Pricing Safeguard feature which helps sellers prevent incorrect pricing updates. Once enabled and price rules are properly set up, all your listings will be safeguarded from selling at a cost that was mistakenly set. Any price update exceeding the safeguard rules that you set will be rejected. You can also use Newegg’s settings. Click here for more information on how to set up Pricing Safeguard.
• New Pop Up Notification and Seller Dashboard Enhancement
In order to enhance shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction, we have launched a new “Urgent Action Items” pop up notification and enhanced the seller dashboard for better visibility to help you assess these tasks in a timely manner. These urgent customer related action items include the following:
o Un-replied messages
o Order cancellation requests
o Orders not processed at risk of being auto-voided
o Open RMAs
o Guaranteed claims

• Temporary Filler Images Including Logos will be Automatically Removed and items will be Deactivated
Beginning late October, any images of logos or “Coming Soon” images attached to SKUs will be automatically removed. SKUs with no product images will automatically be deactivated 3 days from activation. Please ensure that valid images are provided when all SKUs are created. • Sponsored Headline Ads Update
Beginning end of October, all Sponsored Headline Ads will automatically be transferred to a Cost-Per-Click (CPC) model. Sponsored Products Ads will support CPC conversion without needing to create new campaigns.
• Seller will be the Retailer of Record
Seller shall be the selling party in the sales transaction. Starting November, Newegg will be reaching out to request for your company’s ownership information. This is part of our due diligence process and regular monitoring of seller accounts.
• Number of Item Listing Changes for New Sellers
Starting November, we are making adjustments to the number of listings permitted for both Non-Elite and Elite Sellers.
o Non-Elite – 500 listings
o Professional – 5,000 listings
o Enterprise – 10,000 listings
• Newegg Return Service Updates – Effective November 1
Sellers who opt into Shipped by Newegg program or Newegg Return Service will have 10 business days from returned item receipt to let us know if we should dispose or return the items back. For more information on this new update, please click here.
• Newegg System Holiday Restrictions – November 22 – 30

• Active Product Listings with No Sales
We will be deactivating SKUs that have no sales within 90 days. To provide customers with a superior shopping experience, we recommend that you increase exposure for performing SKUs. More information will be available soon.
