移除 Newegg 国际运输计划

从 NISP（Newegg International Shipping Program）更改为常规 SBS（Shipped by Seller）。
可用平台：Newegg.com操作指南：

1. 前往卖家门户并将鼠标指针悬停在您的用户名上（上
   右角），然后
   选择运输设置”> 点击 “NEXT” 直到 “运费” section 已到达。
2. 选择 “International Shipping” 选项卡。
3. 在 “送货目的地” where NISP 被应用的地方。
4. 切换自 “通过 Newegg International Shipping Program (NISP) 运送至此国家” 至 “运送至此国家.”
5. 运费将重置，并相应调整。
6. 点击 “SAVE” 更新 “配送设置.”
