Use Seller Portal To:
Monitor and manage your business activity and information across all three Newegg Marketplace Platforms: Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, and Newegg.ca.
Access seller account information, account manager, data, business reports, product listings, orders, promotions, marketing tools, claims, storefronts, integrations, global shipping, and other seller programs and features.
This guide will cover the general layout of the Seller Portal, including important tabs and information you should be aware of regarding your portal.
Seller Portal User Interface (UI)
To access this function, follow these steps:
- Go to the Seller Portal.
- Hover your mouse pointer over the list icon located in the upper left corner.
3. Select “Home” from the dropdown menu.
Navigation Menu:
The navigation menu comprises daily operations of Seller Portal accounts, which include functions such as Items, Orders, Messages, Manage Store, Advertising, Promotions, Shipped by Newegg, Seller Advisor, Reports, and Performance.
Seller Menu:
The seller menu includes user/seller settings and information, as well as your Account Manager, highlighted in this area.
Seller Information:
Seller Information provides details on actions needed, sales, and product information.
Navigation Menu
Search function: Allows you to search for functions within the Newegg Seller Portal using keywords. Enter the exact function name or part of it, and the results will display related functions with the keyword highlighted.
Items: Use this section to view, create, and update item and listing information.
Orders: Manage order processing, and returns, create SBN multi-channel orders, and pre-orders.
Messages: Utilize this feature to send and receive messages with Newegg customers.
Manage Store: Promote your products on your Newegg storefront.
Advertising: Access tools to advertise your products effectively.
Promotions: Create and manage various promotions.
Shipped by Newegg: Manage your inbound and outbound products at our warehouse.
Selling Advisor: Features designed to help you effectively manage your items on Newegg.
Reports: Access a range of business reports, operations reports, financial information, and more.
Performance: View your account metrics and reviews.
Seller Menu
Customer Message Icon: Provides a shortcut to the messaging function, allowing you to send and receive messages from Newegg customers.
Platform Icon: Allows you to switch between Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, or Newegg.ca platforms.
Translate Icon: Enables translation of the Seller Portal into English or Chinese.
Seller Portal App Icon: Provides a link to download the Seller Portal app for your IOS or Android devices. devices.
- Hovering your mouse pointer over your “username”
- Triggers a dropdown menu displaying additional details and settings.

View Seller ID/Name, Seller Account Status, Current Membership
Membership Settings: Upgrade your membership status to Professional or Enterprise.
Brand Ownership: Request to add a brand and/or claim ownership of a brand.
Vacation Settings: Set a period of time when your account will be offline from our website.
Account Settings: Manage your business, financial, ownership, address, and notification information. Additionally, you can view your users and enable subcategories for your account.
Data Feed Settings: Manage API, Zentail, and Global price settings.
User Permission Settings: Add users to your account and manage their user settings (Admin Only).
Shipping Settings: Manage your warehouse information, shipping destinations, returns, and shipping rates.
Signed Terms & Conditions: View all signed contracts.
Change Password: Change your user login password.
Sign Out: Log out of the seller portal.
Seller Information
- View your store name and the status of your account. Clicking on “Store” when your store is “Active” will redirect you to your store page.
- View your current membership (i.e., Non-Elite, Professional, or Enterprise), store rating, and average fulfillment time.
- Important! If you need to know who your account manager is, view the account manager information, and click on the user name to email them directly.
- Payments & Account Health

- Displays current payment and settlement of your account. Clicking on the balance or settlement section will redirect you to the payment reports to view the information in detail.
- Quick view of your account performance. Clicking on the “Details” link will redirect you to the “Account Health” function where you can view your performance in detail.

Under the “Action Needed” section, the system will list pending information that requires your prompt attention. Neglecting these items may impact your performance. The following items may be listed:

- Unshipped Order(s): The total number of unshipped orders left unprocessed for two (2) or more days.
- Abnormal Tracking Order(s): The total number of orders with abnormal tracking.
- Open RMA(s): The total number of open RMAs that still need to be resolved and closed.
- Cancellation Request(s): The total number of order cancellation requests that must be processed.
- Customer Message(s): The total number of customer messages awaiting a response.
View a graph of your sales summary for today, you can filter the graph by clicking on either of the filters listed below.
- Orders Sold: The total number of orders placed today.
- Units Sold: The total number of units purchased today.
- Sales: The total sales for today.
- Average Units Sold Per Order: The average units sold per order for today.
- Average Unit Price: The average unit price for today.
- Average Order Amount: The average order amount for today.
For more details about your sales for later days, click the “MORE” link to redirect to your Sales Dashboard.
Product Highlights
- Total Unique Item(s): The total number of SKUs you have in your account.
- Inventory Value: The total calculated sum of each item’s price multiplied by the item’s inventory quantity.
- $0 GMV SKU(s): The total SKUs that you have active for at least 90 days with no sales.
- Missing Image(s): The total SKUs without images that are not allowed to activate and have a risk of being deleted.
- Active Item(s): The total SKUs active in your account. Note that for the Newegg.com platform, only the USA items will be counted.
- Out of Stock Item(s): The total SKUs out of stock. Note that for the Newegg.com platform, only the USA items will be counted.
- Item#, Qty, Amount: Top items sold.
Selling Advisor
- Inventory Forecast (US Only): The system will advise restocking your item for specific items.
- Suggested Pricing (US Only): The system will provide a suggested price for specific items.
- Recommended Items (US Only): The system will recommend listing items for your account.
- Click the “MORE” link to view the current settings in their respective functions.
