If you entered the wrong shipping information for the order, our system will allow you to update the tracking number only if it meets the following requirement below:
- If the Ship Date of the order is within 90 days of the ship date, you will be able to edit the shipping.
- If the order is marked delivered already, you can no longer edit the shipping details.

How-To:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Orders > Order List.
- View shipped order(s) under the Shipped filter.
- Click the Edit shipment button to start the request.
- Update the shipment information (carrier and tracking number update) accordingly and then click the Save button.
NOTE: If the sales order number is for an order shipped by the seller, no letters or special characters should be added in the Sales Order ID field.
