View Return Process History

View your  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process history, see the steps below.

Available platforms: Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca

How-To:

1. Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Orders > Return List.
2. Search for the RMA then click on the return number. 
3. Click Process History, if any history is found it will be displayed otherwise it will be blank.
