Newegg will return your SBN inventories back to you when a return inventory shipment is created in Newegg Marketplace Seller Portal. You will be able to select returning inventories back to your US locations or arrange your own pick up from any Newegg warehouse.
NOTE: A return inventory shipment cannot be edited once it’s created. If you wish to edit the return inventory shipment, please void the return inventory shipment you wish to edit and create a new one.

How-To:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Items > Pricing & Inventory.
- Select items you wish to return by clicking the check box and click MORE and select Return Inventory.
- Select shipping method: Standard Shipping or Will Call
- Verify if “Ship to Address” is correct.
- Enter the quantity you wish to return back to you. If you wish to add additional items or delete any item you selected, please click ADD ITEM(S) or DELETE ITEM(S) in the bottom left corner.
- Click CONFIRM AND CREATE SHIPMENT at the bottom right of your screen.
