How to Apply to Sell on Newegg Marketplace:
You have two options to start the seller registration process:
Through Seller Portal Invite Email
An invitation to apply can be sent from a CM (Customer Manager). Instructions will be provided in the email.
Apply Directly at Newegg.com
You can apply directly on the Newegg.com Sellers page. Once there click on the “Apply” link to begin.
Apply Process & Qualification Requirements:
- Review the requirements on the provided page to understand our business platforms fully. Click on “Apply Process” or “Qualification Requirements” to access more information.
- When ready, click the “APPLY NOW” button to start the application process.
- Apply Process: Provides a better understanding of our registration process.

- Qualification Requirements: Depending on your corporation’s location and registration platforms, different requirements may be needed. Select accordingly to reference the requirements.
Create a New or Login with an Existing Newegg Customer Account
Before you proceed with seller registration, you need a Newegg Customer Account because the Seller Portal relies on it for user login. Here’s what you can do:
- If you don’t have an existing Newegg customer account, create one by clicking “Sign Up” to set up the account and initiate the registration process.
- If you already have a Newegg customer account, click “Sign In,” and enter your user account information and password to begin the registration process.

- Select your company’s location.
- Register to sell on our platform(s).
3. Agree to our Newegg.com Seller Agreement, then click the “READY TO GO” button.
4. Entering Your Business, Ownership, Store, and Financial Information:
- Business Information:
- Gather all relevant supporting documents, including your Business License and Documents of Proof.
- You will need to enter information in sections 1 to 6. Please note that for region applications outside of China, the “Business Details in Simplified Chinese” section may not be applicable.
- Ownership Information:
- Providing seller ownership information is crucial for potential buyers, partners, or investors to understand your business’s background, legal status, and credibility. Ensure you enter all relevant information accurately.
- Store Information:
- Enter basic details about your retail establishment for each platform(s) you have registered on. This information helps customers and Newegg identify your store identity, offerings, and contact information.
- Financial Information:
- Describe the arrangements and methods you will use to receive payments and settle bills related to your products or services for each platform(s) you have registered with.
- When completing these sections, make sure to provide accurate and up-to-date information as it pertains to your business. This information is essential for the registration process and establishing your presence on Newegg Marketplace.
Review & Approve
- After submitting your seller registration, Newegg will assign an account manager to review and approve your application.
- When approved, your seller store account status will be marked as “New.”
Underwriting Review
- Following approval, our underwriting team will review your account information. If no discrepancies are found, your seller account will be approved.
Seller Account Activation
- Once underwriting approves your seller account, your store account status will be updated to “Active.” Congratulations! You can now list and sell products on Newegg.
