Edit Shipment

If you entered the wrong shipping carrier and/or tracking number for an order, our system will allow you to update only if the order meets the below requirements.

  • If the Ship Date of the order is within 90 days of the ship date you will be able to edit the shipping.
  • If the order is marked delivered you can no longer edit the shipping details.

Available platforms: Newegg.com, Newggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca

How-To:

  1. Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Orders > Order List afterward click Go Back to Previous Version.
  2. Click on order to view the details and go to the Shipped Package List tab.
  3. Select the package for updating its shipping information then click EDIT SHIPMENT.
  4. Update the shipping information accordingly then click RE-CONFIRM SHIPMENT to update.
