If you entered the wrong shipping carrier and/or tracking number for an order, our system will allow you to update only if the order meets the below requirements.
- If the Ship Date of the order is within 90 days of the ship date you will be able to edit the shipping.
- If the order is marked delivered you can no longer edit the shipping details.

How-To:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Orders > Order List afterward click Go Back to Previous Version.
- Click on order to view the details and go to the Shipped Package List tab.
- Select the package for updating its shipping information then click EDIT SHIPMENT.
- Update the shipping information accordingly then click RE-CONFIRM SHIPMENT to update.
