Summary report of all the RMA’s for the seller’s account.
Available platforms: Newegg.com, Newggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca
How-To:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Reports > Returns.
- By default, RMA Date is set for Today, and Ship – By, Industry, Subcategory is set to All, so only RMA’s for Today will be listed.
- [Optional] Filter accordingly to specify different RMA’s reporting, click REFRESH to view filtered listing.
- [Optional] Switch calculates by Returns, Amounts, or Units.
- [Optional] Switch return type by All, Refund, or Replacement.
- By default, the GRAPH VIEW is shown first. To switch views, click TABLE VIEW.
