What is Fulfillment Center used for?
Fulfillment Center is designed to manage the seller’s fulfillment center/warehouse in the Newegg system in order to fulfill the orders around the world. Click here for a detailed guide on setting up Newegg store accounts and items for Newegg Global.
About Fulfillment Center/Warehouse and Ship-to countries:
- The fulfillment center is the warehouse location for sellers to identify where the inventory is located. It can be any country around the world.
- A fulfillment center can be assigned to support one ship-to country OR multiple ship-to countries.
- Multiple fulfillment centers can be assigned to support one ship-to-country OR multiple ship-to-countries.
- Ship-to countries are the target countries where you will be selling to.
- Inventory update is to update the quantity in the fulfillment center.
- Item availability is controlled by the activation status of a fulfillment center. Clicking on status will update to either online or offline.
The fulfillment center is online, inventory located here will be applied to the available quantity of an item.

Add Fulfillment Center
How-To:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner) then select Shipping Settings.
- Click ADD FULFILLMENT CENTER button to add a new warehouse.
- Select Warehouse Type, Warehouse Location, and Shipping Destination.
- Check the checkbox for Newegg International Shipping Program Terms & Conditions, if shipping to different countries, read and agree.
- Click NEXT or CONTINUE to move forward.
- Customer Return Address, input the address to receive returned items from customers. Click CONTINUE to move forward. This is only available when Warehouse Type is Shipped by Seller.
- Click NEXT to move forward to each section and at Shipping Rate, click the SAVE button to add the new warehouse.
Update Fulfillment Center
How-To:
- Seller Portal > Account > Shipping Settings
- Select a Warehouse Location and click the edit icon.
- Update Shipping Destination accordingly then check the checkbox for Newegg International Shipping Program Terms & Conditions, if shipping to different countries, read and agree.
- Click NEXT or CONTINUE to move forward.
- Update Customer Return Address accordingly. Click CONTINUE to move forward. This is only available when Warehouse Type is Shipped by Seller.
- Click NEXT to move forward to each section and at Shipping Rate, click the SAVE button to update the settings of the warehouse.
Delete Fulfillment Center
How-To:
- Seller Portal > Account > Shipping Settings
- Select a Warehouse Location and click the delete icon.
- Click OK to confirm.
