Edit Multi-Channel Seller Order ID 3.0

For your existing multi-channel order, you can edit the Multi-Channel Seller Order ID if it was entered wrong by mistake.

Available platforms: Newegg.com

How-To:

  1. Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Orders > Order List.
  2. Enter the Order# of the multi-channel order then click the search icon button.
  3. When the multi-channel order has been listed, click the Order#.
  4. Click the edit icon button next to Multi-Channel Seller Order ID and enter in the new Order# then click the Save button to complete.NOTE: If the sales order number is for an order shipped by the seller, no letters or special characters should be added in the Sales Order ID field.
