Edit Return Merchandise Authorization from Replacement to Refund

If you have a “Replacement” Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the status “WAIT TO SHIP” that you cannot fulfill, you are now able to change it to a “Refund”.  See the steps below to get started.

Available platforms: Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca

How-To:

    1. Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Orders > Return List.
    2. Search for the Replacement RMA, enter the return number in the search bar then click the search icon button.
    3. The system will list the Replacement RMA accordingly.  Hover your mouse pointer over to the help icon (?) then “Click Here” this will redirect to a new page to request to cancel the Replacement RMA.
    4. Select a reason for the cancellation then click the CONFIRM CANCEL button.
    5. Now go back to the Return List then research for the Replacement RMA, and enter the return number.  Enter a memo for the refund and click the button to issue the refund to the customer.
