In order to improve your experience as a seller on Newegg and ensure confidence when using SBN, you have the option to enable signature services for SBN.
Accessing Enable Signature Service
Navigate to Shipped by Newegg > Enable Signature Services .
Enable and Disable Signature Service
- To enable “signature required” check the button then enter your threshold amount.
- To disable “signature required” simply check the button and the option will be removed from all unshipped and future SBN orders.
Enabled Signature Service, When Does it Start?
After enabling the service the time and date that the service is effective will be displayed within the same page.
