The purpose of this guide is to show the step-by-step process for copying an existing account listing, i.e. Newegg US Marketplace (B2C) to additional accounts such as Newegg Canada Marketplace or Newegg Business Marketplace (B2B).
Conceptually, this is what you will be doing in copying your items across platforms:

Part 1. Get Existing Items List from An Existing Account using Batch Price Update
Please note: this guide is based on exporting item listings from Newegg US Marketplace (B2C). The same process can be applied to the other two platforms: Newegg Canada Marketplace (CAN) or Newegg Business Marketplace (B2B) as well.
Login to Newegg Marketplace Seller Portal
Go to US Account and click the switcher icon to ensure you are in the “Newegg.com” platform.
Navigate to the Batch page and download the template

- Go to Items > Batch Update Price > [Download File Template] tab and select the Template File Type of “Microsoft Excel Format (*.xls)”
- Select Country of Origin as “USA” and keep the “Download template with your items populated in the file?” box checked (default)
- Click Download File Template button.
- Click the [Refresh List] button to check the status of the upload.
- Under Download File Template Status and History click the Download link to save the file to your computer.
- Go to Items > Batch Update Price > [Download File Template] tab and select the Template File Type of “Microsoft Excel Format (*.xls)”
Part 2. Get Blank template to upload items to Additional Accounts using Batch Item Creation

- Go to Items > Batch Item Creation/Update > [Download File Template] tab
- Select “Batch Item Creation” as Action
- Check the box titled, “Create items that exist on Newegg”
- Click [Download File Template] button and save to your computer.
Part 3. Copy and paste the items into the blank creation template

- Open Price Template with items populated.
- Use the Seller Part # and NE Item # (Newegg Item#) from Price feed to populate the Existing feed
- Leave the Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part # / ISBN, and UPC fields blank
- Enter values for remaining fields accordingly.
NOTE: Sellers have the responsibility to ensure any conversion of prices in their feeds are accurate.
Part 4. Upload the Batch Item Creation template
- Click the switcher icon and select “Newegg.ca”
- Go to Items > Batch Item Creation/Update > [Upload File]
- Click | Upload File | tab
- Click [Select files] button, then find and choose your file.
- Click [Upload Files]
- Click the [Refresh List] button to monitor your upload progress.
The time it takes to process a data feed may vary depending on the item count. The status of the feed can be checked under the Upload File Status and History section below.

FAQ
Q) Will system convert my USD price to CAD?
A) No. All prices must be converted and entered in CAD by seller.
Q) Will this work if the account I’m transferring to or from is CLOSED?
A) No. This is a procedure that is intended for accounts that are in good standing, with an account status that is ACTIVE or INACTIVE at present.
Q) Will this work if the account I’m transferring to or from is on the same platform (such as Newegg Business to Newegg Business)?
A) No. It would be preferred for all sellers to always keep track of their original successfully uploaded files as backup. If necessary, then a seller can easily re-upload from their backups into their account or use them on a replacement account when the current one is closed for some reason.
Q) Can I use my Newegg.com US item creation data feeds to create items in my Newegg Canada (CAN) and Newegg Business (B2B) accounts?
A) Yes.

- You can use the subcategory specific Batch Item Update/Creation Template to create items on your Canada account. However, all price/currency fields should be changed to CAD for before uploaded.
- For your B2B account, only items with the item condition of New and Refurbished are allowed.

Q) Will item inventory (quantity) for one account sync with another?
A) No. All inventory and price updates need to be managed separately.
Q) Are Canada order list and shipping templates the same as US account?
A) No. Canada Order List file will contain additional fields. For detailed information, please download Order List template from Newegg.ca (Canada) platform.
Q) Will I be responsible for sales taxes?
A) Sellers registered on Newegg.ca (Canada) platform as an International Seller are not responsible for taxes. Sellers registered on Newegg.ca platform as Domestic Seller are responsible for sales taxes. For further questions, please contact your account representative.
Q) Can we use our existing integration service provider to integrate with different Newegg platforms?
A) Please verify with your service provider directly.
