Business Information includes various details about your seller account, such as Seller Store Name, Seller Logo, About the Seller, Merchant Information, Registered Business Address, and Main Contact. Please note that Seller Store Name and Merchant Information cannot be changed via the Seller Portal; you will need to contact Newegg Marketplace Seller Service for those updates. Here’s how to update the other information:

How-To:
- Go to the Seller Portal.
- Hover your mouse pointer over your user name (located in the upper right corner).
- Select “Account Settings.”
- Under “Account Information,” choose “Business Information.”
- Click the “EDIT” button to make updates to the Seller Logo, About the Seller, Registered Business Address, and/or Main Contact.
- Seller Logo:
- File Formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG
- Dimension: 127 x 33 pixels
- About the Seller:
- Provide a brief introduction about your store (4000 character limit).
- Seller Logo:
- After making the necessary updates, click “SAVE” to save the changes.
