View Customer Message

Communication Process:

  • All communication between sellers and customers is managed through the Newegg Seller Portal.
  • Copies of messages are sent to both the “Customer Message” section in the Newegg Seller Portal and the seller’s “Customer Service Email” address.

Available Platforms: Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca.

How-To:

  1. Go to the Seller Portal, hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner), then select “Messages.” Afterward, click “Go Back to Previous Version.”

Message Listing:

  • By default, the system lists all messages.
  • Messages are categorized with icons:
    • Unregistered Visitor: Message sent from an unregistered visitor.
    • Registered Customer: Message sent from a registered customer.
    • Replied Message: Indicates that a reply has been sent.
    • Bold Message: Indicates an unread message.

Advanced Search:

  • [Optional] Use “ADVANCED SEARCH” to narrow down your search.
  • Click “SEARCH” to apply filters.
