Summary report of voided orders in the seller’s account.
Available platforms: Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca
How-To:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Reports > Void Orders.
- By default, SO Date is set for Today, and Ship – By, Industry, Subcategory is set to All, so only voided for Today will be listed.
- [Optional] Filter accordingly to specify different voided orders reportings, click REFRESH to view filtered listing.
- [Optioanl] Switch calculates by Order Count or Order Amount.
- By default, the GRAPH VIEW is shown first. To switch views, click TABLE VIEW.
