Newegg has scheduled a system maintenance from October 13, 2023 at 7pm to October 14, 2023 at 12:00am. During this time, seller portal will be down while all datafeeds and API functions will not be available. Please adjust your operations accordingly.

Restocking Fee Waived
As a reminder, Newegg is now waiving restocking fees completely regardless of return reason or item weight.

Newegg’s Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tools empower sellers to promote their product across multiple search platforms including Google PLA, Bing Ads and Newegg affiliate channels.
Marketplace Content Policies
Be sure to keep up-to-date with the growing Newegg Marketplace when it comes to Content Policies. It’s important that sellers provide the most accurate information when it comes to creating new items. This includes creating combo (bundled) items and customized PCs.
Authorized Shipping Carrier List
To provide the best customer experience, sellers should always ship orders with a carrier approved by Newegg Marketplace and in a manner that provides a valid, tracking number.

2023 Holiday Restrictions
To prepare for the upcoming holiday season, Newegg Marketplace will be setting data feed processing restrictions. This will impact all Newegg Marketplace platforms. Make sure to create your items before the holiday restrictions take effect within November to December.
