Introducing our Newegg Chatbot, a place for you to get the answers you need all in one place. Whether it’s creating an item, batch functions, seller portal help or anything seller related, the Chatbot tool provides seller a solution to get the help you need quickly. The Newegg is located in the Seller Portal. Just follow the instructions below on how to access the Newegg Chatbot.
- Log into Seller Portal here
- Once logged in, click the Chatbot icon as highlighted below:
- Chatbox will open up and you can then type out your question for the help you need.
