Your Newegg.com seller account by default ships to the United States. You will have to update your account setting and items for it to be applicable for listing globally.

Activate Global Shipping
You will have to enable the countries in your account. For each country enabled, you must have a return policy and shipping rates.
Please review our shipping settings guide here for a step-by-step guide for each setting. In addition, for updating your account settings for Newegg Global, please see the below settings:
Select Fulfillment Center & Enable Country
Your account by default has Shipped by Seller (SBS) and Shipping by Newegg (SBN) fulfillment centers both enabled to ship to the United States (USA). Please see the steps below to get started.
Steps:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner) then select Shipping Settings.
- Select the fulfillment center SBS or SBN to apply to new countries to ship to.
- Under the Action column, click the edit icon.
- Select the checkbox of the country that you will enable for your account.
- You must read and agree to the Newegg Global Selling Program Agreement, once confirmed, select the checkbox.
- Click NEXT, enter or update your Fulfillment Center contact information if needed. After this, click CONTINUE to move forward.
- To save the setting click NEXT to get to the Shipping Rate section, and click SAVE.
Return Policy
Provide a return policy for each country, see steps below.
Steps:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner) then select Shipping Settings.
- To update your policy click NEXT to get to the Return Policy and Info section.
- Under Shipping Destination, select the country for your return policy. A checkmark will indicate, a completed return policy.
- To copy a completed return policy to the selected country. Else, go to step 5 to start a new return policy.
- Select a country to work on.
- To select a completed country return policy, click the dropdown menu labeled “Please select country”.
- Click COPY and the system will apply the completed return policy to your selected country.
- Enter your customer service information and return policy in specified fields.
- Apply restocking fee, refund & replacement period.
- Account-level, the system will apply to all items in your account.
- Select Default Refund Period and Default Replacement Period.
- Enter a percentage for Max Restocking Fee.
- Subcategory level, the system will only apply to items under a specified category in your account.
- Click the link and enter your custom retund and/or replacement period.
- Account-level, the system will apply to all items in your account.
- To apply your current return policy to more than one country:
- Click the dropdown menu labeled “Please select country”.
- Select the countries to which you want to apply the current policy.
- Click APPLY.
- To save the setting click NEXT to get to the Shipping Rate section, and click SAVE.
Shipping Options
Ship Directly, Newegg International Shipping Program (NISP), and Shipped by Newegg (SBN) is the fulfillment options that you may use to ship global orders.
Ship Directly
You can ship products directly to customers using your preferred carriers. Click here for details for setting this up.
NISP
Simply ship international orders to Newegg’s warehouse facility. And, Newegg will take care of the rest by delivering it to the international customer. NISP is currently only available to sellers with inventories in the U.S. Click here for details for setting this up.
SBN
SBN is an added paid service that requires the seller to store their inventories with Newegg. Under SBN fulfillment, Newegg packs and ships the order straight to international customers on your behalf. Click here for details for setting this up.
Reminder: Country of Origin Update
Country of Origin is the country of manufacture/ production of your items. Newegg only accepts ISO standard three-letter codes for the various countries of the world, click here to view the list of codes. This is required for listing your items globally through Newegg.

Activate Global Listing
By default, your international items are automatically mirrored from the USA listing, the selling price will be set at 0.00 and the items will be inactive (offline).
You can update this information by:
Seller Portal
You can update your item’s selling price and activate it, please see the steps below. In addition, the field will highlight if it has changed.
Steps:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Items > Pricing & Inventory afterward click Go Back to Previous Version.
- If needed increase the page limit to view more.
- Set the selling price to the local currency for your targeted countries. Go to step 4, and request to have the system convert the selling price.
- The currency code should be set at the default setting, click here to view the default settings.
- Update items selling price to the local currency for the targeted country.
- Click SAVE ALL UPDATES.
- Request to convert the selling price.
- Set currency code to USD.
- Update the item’s selling price based on your USA listings.
- Click SAVE ALL UPDATES.
- After the price has been updated, you can activate it.
- Select the checkbox of the item.
- Dropdown menu “Activate Selected Items”, select it if not selected.
- Click OK to activate.
Batch Price Update
You can batch update all your items’ selling prices and activate them, please see the steps below.
Steps:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Items > Batch Update Price.
- Prepare price feed with your international items’ selling price mirrored by selecting all the information in the screenshot below:
- Note:
- The currency code will be automatically set to USD.
- Price rule:
- Same as the U.S.: The selling price will be the same as the USA listing.
- Percentage (%) above the U.S.: The selling price will be above a percentage based on items USA listing.
- The fixed amount above the U.S.: The selling price will be above a fixed dollar amount based on items USA listing.
- Activation status:
- Same as the U.S. status: The activation status of the USA listing will be applied to the international items.
- Active: Apply active status to international items.
- Select product categories, brands, and countries that you would like to generate price files for listing activation. Please make sure to uncheck the United States to avoid any changes to your US selling.
- Click the DOWNLOAD FILE TEMPLATE to request this file.
- To check if your requested file has been completed, click REFRESH LIST periodically.
- Click the Download link.
- Open file.
- Select the BatchPriceUpdate sheet to review the prepared file.
- Upload file, see step 4.
- Note:
- If preferring to feed the pricing in the local currency, you may uncheck “International Listings Mirroring” when preparing the price feed file as below.
- Select all information as seen above in the screenshot.
- Click the DOWNLOAD FILE TEMPLATE to request this file.
- To check if your requested file has been completed, click REFRESH LIST periodically.
- Click the Download link.
- Open file.
- Select the BatchPriceUpdatesheet, it will contain your product information.
- Update the Selling Price in the country’s local currency and to activate it set the Activation Mark to True.
- Save file.
- Go to step 4 for uploading the file.
- Uploading the file and checking results:
- Select the Upload File tab.
- Click Select File to locate the file in your local drive. Then, click UPLOAD FILES.
- To check if your uploaded file has been completed, click REFRESH LIST periodically.
- Reference the description, to check how many of your items failed and/or successfully uploaded.
- For failed items click View Details to download the result file for a detailed reason why the items failed to upload.
Batch Reactivating Global Listings
You can use the function to easily mirror the pricing change on your active U.S. listings to active global listings. Please note that the function doesn’t mirror activation status or selling price if your global listing is inactive. The feature can only be used once every 7 days.
Steps:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over the list icon (upper left corner) then select Items > Batch Update Price.
- Select the International Price Mirroring tab.
- Review the important note.
- Choose a Price rule:
- Same as the U.S.: The selling price will be the same as the USA listing.
- Percentage (%) above the U.S.: The selling price will be above a percentage based on items USA listing.
- The fixed amount above the U.S.: The selling price will be above a fixed dollar amount based on items USA listing.
- Click START MIRRORING to request.
- To check if the request has been completed, click SEARCH.
API
Newegg provides web services to allow you or a third party to send a request to update items. See the steps below that references our API Developer Guide for details.
Steps:
- If needed get a price report of all your items domestic and international, else, go to step 2.
- Submit a request to update your international items selling price and activation. Click here to view all applicable currency codes on Newegg. Important, in your XML or JSON submit a request:
- Set the selling price to the local currency for all enabled countries and activate.
- Currency code use default settings, click here to view the default settings.
- Selling Price, submit the selling price in the country’s local currency.
- Activation Mark set to True.
- Request to convert international items selling price and activate.
- Currency code, set to USD.
- Selling Price, submit the selling price based on your USA listing.
- Activation Mark set to True.
- Set the selling price to the local currency for all enabled countries and activate.
- You will have to check the status of your submitted request.
- Get the result of your upload to Newegg.
