Overview
If you sell on both the B2C (Newegg.com) and B2B (NeweggBusiness.com) platforms, Seller Portal lets you manage both listings from a single place instead of maintaining them separately. Matching products are automatically linked, and you can choose exactly which fields — listing, price, inventory, and status — stay in sync between the two.
Prerequisites
- You must have both a B2C and a linked B2B seller account.
- Your B2B account status must be Active or Inactive.
How Products Are Linked
1. Synchronized Product Creation
When you create a new item on the U.S. B2C platform, a matching B2B product is created automatically — no need to list it twice.
2. Automatic Product Association
On the U.S. Pricing & Inventory page, any B2C and B2B item that share the same Seller Part Number are automatically linked. Once linked, the B2C row displays the corresponding B2B product’s status, price, inventory, and publication status alongside it.
3. Seller Part Number Updates
If you update a Seller Part Number, the change applies to both the B2C and B2B product automatically.
Sync Settings: Choosing What Syncs Automatically
Beyond linking products, you can turn on automatic sync so that future B2C updates flow through to B2B without manual work.
1. Where to Find It
- Go to the Pricing & Inventory page in Seller Portal.
- Click the gear icon next to “AI Auto-Match Items” to open “B2C → B2B Sync Settings.”
- The icon turns blue with a dot indicator whenever at least one sync toggle is on, so you can tell your sync status at a glance.
- Turn on the toggles you want, then click Save. Clicking Cancel or clicking outside the panel discards your changes.
2. What Each Toggle Does
