Notification Options contain various email notification settings for your seller account. Sellers can input up to 3 different email addresses to receive various important seller notifications associated with your account.
Note:
- Order Notifications: Receive order notifications, where a confirmation email will be sent to the seller each time a customer places an order for your item(s).
- Voided Order Notifications: Receive voided order notifications each time a customer or Newegg requests to void an order. If the seller opts out of this, the seller is still responsible for any voided order notifications issued to the seller’s store.
- Business Notifications: Receive notifications that Newegg will send from time to time with updates regarding your Seller Portal account.
- Financial Notifications: Receive financial notifications about charges being disputed by customers.
- RMA Notifications: Receive customer RMA requests through the Newegg website.

How-To:
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner) then select Account Setting > Account Information > Notification Options.
- Click EDIT to add/or update the email address (max 3) for each notification type.
- Select Enable or Disable to control whether to receive an email notification for this event.
- Click SAVE to update.
