Enable or Disable Newegg Return Service

Sellers on Newegg Marketplace have the option to use the Newegg Return Service. When you enable this option, Newegg will handle your order returns. If you choose not to use this service, you will be responsible for managing order returns yourself.

Effective November 1, 2021, the following changes will apply to Newegg Marketplace Sellers who opt into the Shipped by Newegg program or Newegg Return Service:

  • Sellers will receive an email notification immediately upon the receipt of a returned item at our Newegg Return Processing Center. Returned items will be processed according to the new return guidelines as follows:
    • Returned items with a selling price less than $200 USD ($200 CAD), based on the daily RMA return(s) accumulated limit, will be destroyed and disposed of by the Newegg Return Processing Center without further notice.
  • Returned items with a selling price equal to $200 USD ($200 CAD) or more, based on the daily RMA return(s) accumulated limit, will be sent back to you at your cost. The cost will be deducted from your account balance if you have provided a domestic inventory return address in the US and Canada in the Seller Portal.
      • If you do not have a US or Canada domestic inventory return address, you will need to provide an international shipping label to Newegg to ship the returned items back to your non-US/Canada inventory return address.
  • If you have different return instructions than those mentioned above, please contact us immediately, no later than 10 business days from the time of receiving the returned item, with proper return instructions on how to proceed with your returned items.

To avoid any delays in processing your returned items, kindly review all return requests submitted by customers in the Seller Portal under “Manager Order” > “Return List” and send an email with your instructions to Newegg Return Service.

Available Platforms: Newegg.com, Neweggbusiness.com, Newegg.ca

How to Enable or Disable Newegg Return Service:

For Newegg.com

  1. Go to Seller Portal.
  2. Hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner).
  3. Select “Shipping Settings” > Click “NEXT” until you reach “Return Policy and Info.”
  4. Click “Newegg Return Service” to use this service; otherwise, click “Local Return Address” or “My Return Address.”

5. To save this setting, click “NEXT” to move forward to each section, and at “Shipping Rate,” click “SAVE” to update Shipping Settings.

 

For Neweggbusiness.com and Newegg.ca:

  1. Go to Seller Portal.
  2. Hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner).
  3. Select “Account Settings” > “Return Policy and Info.”
  4. Click “Newegg Return Service” to use this service; otherwise, click “Local Return Address” or “My Return Address.”
  5. To save this setting, click “SAVE ALL UPDATES.”
