How to Upgrade Your Seller Account Membership
- In your Seller Portal hover your mouse over your user name (upper right corner) then select Membership Settings.
- For more details about each feature, please mouse over the “?” next to it.
- Click “SELECT THIS TIER” under the new Seller Program you wish to enroll.
- Once you upgrade, your Membership renews every 21st of the month.
How to Downgrade/Cancel Your Seller Account Membership
- Go to Seller Portal and hover your mouse pointer over your user name (upper right corner) then select Membership Settings.
- For more details about each feature, please mouse over the “?” next to it.
- You’ll have the option to select “Opt-Out” from the current membership level and then click on “Select This Tier” to downgrade to a lower tier level.
- If you opt-out before 21st , the membership will be ended at end of current month.
- If seller opt-out after 21st and charge for next month is made successfully, the membership will be ended at end of the next month.
Additional Membership FAQ
- Go to Reports -> Payments -> Transaction Detail.
- Filter by Transaction Type -> "Monthly Fee".
- You'll then be able to view the Invoices for each monthly fee.

Effective 8/1/23, there will be additional fees for ALL sellers:
- $0.29 ($0.38 CAD) order processing fee on all orders.
- Unsold listing fee of $0.0050 ($0.0066 CAD) (current active SKUs listed over one year with no sales) - charged on a month-to-month basis.
